Description:
* Lead a retail warehouse team in maintaining efficient stock management procedures.
* Negotiate with suppliers to optimize pricing, margins, and order timelines for both retail and ecommerce channels.
* Monitor trading performance by category, making strategic decisions to optimize stock flows, sales, and markdowns as necessary.
* Oversee the Stock Administrator and ensure accurate inventory processes are in place.
* Analyze best sellers, underperformers, and seasonal category performance to inform future business strategies.
* Maintain product data integrity across all internal systems and sales channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve smooth launches and promotional alignment.
* Prioritize season campaign planning through timely range development and stock readiness initiatives.
