Job Description: Preparing dough for pizza bases, using weigh scales and ingredient recipe sheets Controlling dough fermentation The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining production schedules without supervision, completing production records, including tracking waste, temperature and quality, maintaining hygiene and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
They must also handle food items correctly in accordance with HACCP training.
