Position Overview: We are excited to announce an opening for a Financial Accountant within our dynamic Finance team! This is a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within SEAtS ONE.

Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements and reports
* Processing invoices, payments and expenses as well as cash collection
* Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
* Conducting financial analysis and assisting with budgeting
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
* Collaborating with the wider team, handling all aspects of the finance function with assistance/guidance from the CFO
* Handling ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Recently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP or Accounts IQ)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced growth environment
* Willingness to learn and develop within the role
* Demonstrate agility in a fast-changing technological environment, being open and adaptable to unsuspecting change
* Encouraging excellence and goal achievement within the SEAtS ONE Group, while striving for the same in your personal development
* Communicate regularly and efficiently with all stakeholders, both internal and external
* Maintain strong cooperative relationships within the team and other departments to ensure that the organisation continues to function successfully
* High level of accuracy and a commitment to producing high quality work
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance professionals
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
* Strong ethical standards and a professional approach to work

Location & Benefits
Location: The role will be based in SEAtS ONE HQ in Bray, Co. Wicklow. We currently have hybrid working in place, combining office-based working with working from home.
