This is a newly created position based on site 5 days/week.
We’re hiring a Marketing Project Lead to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing across multiple projects. This role is focused on execution—ensuring campaigns, assets, and launches are planned, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard and on time.
You’ll be responsible for bringing marketing to life operationally—managing timelines, coordinating teams and suppliers, and ensuring everything is ready for key deadlines.
You’ll be the central point of control across multiple workstreams, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned at every stage.

What you’ll do
Own end-to-end delivery of marketing across multiple projects
Build and manage detailed timelines aligned to key milestones
Coordinate the creation and delivery of all marketing assets (digital and print)
Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution
Oversee briefing, feedback, approvals, and production processes
Ensure all materials are delivered on time and to a high standard
Maintain clear visibility on project status, risks, and dependencies
Support launch readiness, ensuring all teams have what they need
Track performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
Capture insights to improve future campaign delivery
What we’re looking for
Strong marketing project management or operations experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A proactive self-starter who takes full ownership of delivery
Confident working across cross-functional teams and external partners
Strong communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have
Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
Familiarity with marketing workflows and asset production
An eye for quality across visual and physical outputs
Experience in multi-site or project-based environments
