Business Development Professional
We are seeking a proactive business development professional to drive the growth of our medical device testing, consultancy, and packaging services across Ireland.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Irish medical device market.
* Manage and expand existing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised testing and consultancy solutions.
* Provide market insights and client feedback to inform strategic planning.
* Assist in preparing proposals and commercial agreements.
* Use CRM tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences (biology, chemistry, or related field).
* At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development within medical devices, biotech, or pharma.
* A solid understanding of medical device regulations (ISO, GLP).
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
* Strong communication, networking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 50% travel expected).
