This role sits within a dynamic middle‑office team responsible for trade processing, cash management, and fund administration. Key Responsibilities
Accurately record all trading activity on internal systems
Ensure timely confirmation and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes
Support asset trading and NAV production processes
Reconcile daily trading cash accounts
Manage outstanding trades and resolve discrepancies
Respond to internal and external queries promptly
Prepare and process electronic payments and match incoming funds
Investigate cash and asset reconciliation breaks
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties
About You
2+ years' experience in a similar finance or investment operations environment
Background in fund administration, settlements, dealing, or related investment operations (preferred but not essential)
Stamp4 visa or Irish/EU passport.
Strong MS Excel and general IT skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem‑solving capability and analytical mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team
