Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications, support, and strategic discussions.
* Proactively identify, contact, and engage new business prospects, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
* Leverage industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue growth, and strategic positioning within the market.
* Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
About You
You will need:
* A proven track record in sales and business development
* Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical/engineering sales is a significant advantage
* Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities
