Overview
The Corporate Actions Senior Manager is responsible for the operational management of a global function within the Corporate Actions team. Responsibilities include hiring, talent development, performance management, daily prioritization, achievement of business goals, business planning and project management. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise to key group and organizational projects and initiatives and interact with various levels of management and cross functional business partners. Qualifications
* 8+ years of relevant industry experience
* 4+ years of experience in Corporate Actions
* 3+ years of management experience
* Bachelor's degree required

* Understanding of the custody industry and mutual fund operations
* Ability to solve complex problems across Corporate Actions disciplines
