Project Manager in the Public Sector
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising major and minor capital works projects, ensuring delivery within budget and compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements.
* This includes planning, budgeting, tendering, contract management, risk assessment, quality control, monitoring progress reports as well as acting as a liaison between stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) major academic award in Architecture*, Engineering* or Surveying*
2. Or have Full Membership of the relevant professional association: Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland / Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors / Engineers Ireland / Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland
3. And have had at least five years' satisfactory & relevant experience in planning/design/project management/construction/installation/maintenance/mechanical/electrical/heating services
