Role Overview
Were seeking a talented Content Creator to partner primarily with our Brand & Content team, and with other divisions within the business. This role will suit someone with a strong creative instinct, solid experience in producing social and digital content, and a passion for storytelling. Youll work across formats including video, static creative and light motion/graphic design to help deliver compelling content for clients.
This role can be structured on a part-time, or contract basis depending on experience and team needs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Execution
* Shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube clips etc)
* Create static visuals and simple motion graphics or animations
* Support light design work aligned with brand guidelines and campaign direction
Creative Ideation & Strategy
* Collaborate on creative concepts that align with client strategy
* Identify trend opportunities, edit styles and content formats that drive engagement
* Support in the development of scripts and briefs
Team Collaboration
* Partner with Account Management Leads and clients on integrated campaigns
* Work efficiently across multiple client briefs and timelines
About You What Were Looking For
Experience & Skills
* Proven content creation experience (agency or client side)
* Strong portfolio featuring social content, short-form video and visual work
* Confident camera and editing skills (mobile and/or desktop tools)
* Solid design ability (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut, etc.)
* Excellent creative ideas and strong storytelling ability
* Proven range of video capturing and editing skills across different capture styles and brand variety

* A self-starter who can hit the ground running
* Can work within a team or own projects end-to-end
* Excellent communicator and collaborator
* Trend-savvy and social media literate
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
This role is initially available on a part time or contract basis, remunerated at a competitive daily rate commensurate with experience.
