Role Overview
The Senior Nurse will collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to consistently provide high‑quality resident care, mentor and develop junior staff, and act as Nurse in Charge when required.
Role Responsibilities
Provide quality of care and oversee nursing staff day‑to‑day.
Coordinate resident activities.
Work within HIQA regulations.
Act as Nurse in Charge when required.
Support training and development of junior colleagues.
Assist with mediation of medication queries.
Provide support to families regarding care queries.
Perform any other duties assigned by line manager.
Role Requirements
Registered NMBI.
Excellent clinical, leadership, and organisational skills.
