About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day assembly of mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Review technical drawings and collaborate with engineering to determine job requirements.
2. Manage daily assembly activities of staff to ensure production targets are being met efficiently.
3. Maintain adherence to ISO & EN1090 factory production control system to guarantee high-quality products.
4. Supervise and train new assembly staff to enhance team productivity and expertise.
5. Liaise with engineering regarding materials and equipment needed to support production operations.
6. Analyze performance data and collaborate with management to implement improvements in production efficiency.
