* 5+ years of experience in account management.
* Degree-educated and experience in managing and developing large-scale customer relationships.
* Proven track record of customer obsession.
* Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
* Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A background working with/for a software-as-a-service company.
* Local language skills.
