Contracts Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee projects in both the public and private sectors across Dublin & Leinster.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have several year's site/project management experience, with five of those years at Contracts/Project Manager level. They will be responsible for the delivery of projects from a time scale and commercial perspective, typically managing three projects concurrently.
This role requires effective motivational attributes combined with proven managerial skills and strong commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will have a track record of 'safe & efficient' project delivery and a driving ambition to be a member of the senior management team.
As a Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications
