Financial Governance Role
Voluntary Housing Support Services seeks a board member with financial management experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversight of all financial policies and controls
* Preparing recommendations for change in the organization's financial direction
* Compliance and risk management to ensure the organization operates within its charitable purpose
* Membership on the Finance Committee to evaluate and improve financial procedures

Meetings are held in person, typically in Adare or Limerick City.
