The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Network Administrator to support the delivery, administration and compliance of our training programmes.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role in a structured and regulated environment, involving training coordination, finance and procurement administration, reporting, systems management, customer support, and marketing communications, including creating content for social media, newsletters and promotional materials.
The role is well suited to candidates with experience in education or training administration, audit, compliance, quality assurance or programme support, who are comfortable working with repeatable tasks, detailed records and strict guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate training bookings, learner records, data entry, and reporting
* Manage invoicing, credit control and financial administration
* Support procurement, audits, funding applications and compliance (ESF+ / GDPR)
* Maintain accurate records using Sonraí or similar systems and track KPIs
* Respond to member and provider queries, providing a high standard of customer service
* Manage shared inboxes and support marketing communications, including creating content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials using Canva, updating the website, and coordinating events
* Support meetings and events as required
* Carry out general administrative duties as needed
What we are looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, training coordination, education, audit, compliance, marketing support or programme administration
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data-heavy and repetitive tasks
* Experience working in a regulated or process-driven environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365; experience with WordPress and Canva an advantage)
* Full driving licence and access to a car, as public transport in the area is limited
Desirable Experience:
* Experience in education, training, compliance, audit, or funded programmes
* Coordinating events, marketing, or account management activities
* Familiarity with publicly funded initiatives and compliance reporting
* Experience using Sonraí, LMS, CRM, or similar systems
* Interest in education, skills development, and Industry 4.0 / digital transformation

Please note: This role is line-managed primarily remotely. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating via Teams, email, and video calls, and working in a multicultural team environment.
