About the Role:
This is a sales-focused position handling inbound commercial SME enquiries. Convert prospects, build relationships, and grow the commercial book. Hybrid working available after 6 months once you're operating independently.
What We're Looking For:
APA qualified (essential)
6+ months commercial SME insurance experience
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for winning business
Strong communication and negotiation skills
What We Offer:
€40,000 - €42,000 + uncapped commission
Hybrid working (after 6 months)
Excellent earning potential for high performers
