Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East are now looking to recruit experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our dynamic F&B Team in East Restaurant located in The Spencer Hotel.

The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk from OConnell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations.
The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes walk from the Hotel.
Some of the responsibilities will include: - Ensure the effective day to day operational running ofour Restaurant during the busy breakfast service.
- Assist with lunch service - Build relationships with our internal and external guest to encourage return stays - Train restaurant colleagues on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures.
- Support theFood & Beverage Managementwith their duties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, quality presentation, beverage products, health & safety and sanitation standards The Ideal candidate will: Have had previous Supervisory experience in a 4* Hotel or similar restaurant Have a proven ability to manage a team Be enthusiastic and vibrant in their outlook Have a willingness to learn and develop their career further Excellent communication and organisational skills Must be available to work 40 hours a week Must be eligible to work in Ireland In return we will offer: Excellent working conditions.
