With a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and timely delivery, Sweet Cicely is dedicated to creating seamless customer experiences.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Administrator to support our sales operationThe role involves handling customer enquiries, accurately processing orders and quotes within the CRM system, and providing a high level of service over the telephone.
