The role offers high-level advisory work across EU and Irish regulatory regimes, along with exposure to major product liability litigation for leading global clients.Responsibilities• Advise on EU and Irish life sciences and product regulatory matters.• Support clients in digital health, software medical devices and emerging technologies.• Assist with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.• Manage complex product liability litigation, including multi-party and cross-border matters.Candidate Profile• 1–7 years' experience in life sciences, product regulatory or healthcare regulatory law.• Litigation experience, especially product liability, is an advantage.• Experience in medical device, pharma, food or cosmetics regulation desirable.• Strong interest in EU/Irish regulatory work essential.Offer• Strong salary, pension, healthcare and bonus.• Excellent training and career development.• Hybrid working and a supportive team culture.
