Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance service, ensuring facilities are managed and maintained to the highest standards.
* Manage electrical, mechanical, and operative teams for effective maintenance of campus infrastructure.
* Execute maintenance schedules according to priority, cost, timelines, and compliance requirements.
* Conduct daily team meetings and delegate tasks accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of maintenance systems, including BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services, and installations. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
Candidates must demonstrate their ability to lead a team effectively and ensure seamless operations.
