Early Years Educator (Preschool Room) Treetops Daycare and Afterschool Club is an Early Year's Education and Care service in Kilcoole; employing 20 staff members and caring for over 100 children Monday to Friday aged between 6 months and 12 years.
We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Educator for our Preschool Room (Aged 3-5yrs).
Must have recognised Childcare Qualification (Min QQI Level 5).
Our opening hours are 7.30am-6.00pm, you will be required to work shifts within these hours.
Start Date: December ****/January ****.
Hours: 40 hrs per wk, Monday-Friday (some flexibility in hours will be required).
Salary: Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be involved in delivering high quality care and learning opportunities for children and care routines such as toileting, meals, and sleep times, based on the needs, interests and ages of the children.
You will work alongside a room leader, manager, and all staff members.
Supporting the children's play and consequently their learning and development.
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
Ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing of all children.
Following and implementing company policies, procedures, and operational practices always to ensure the care, safety and well-being of our children and staff.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Enthusiastic, self-motivating and initiative.
