* Coordinate offsite storage and retrieval of files, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Scan and send patient information to hospitals and doctors, adhering to data protection regulations.
* Print patient labels as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment, supporting efficient general office procedures.
* Liaise with internal departments and external agencies, demonstrating professional communication skills.
* Provide cover within the Patient Administration team as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
* Ensure strict confidentiality and attention to detail at all times, upholding hospital standards.
* Support the implementation of efficient administrative procedures, contributing to improved quality management systems.
