Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Dublin and surrounding counties. The Site Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, managing and supervising site workers, ensuring safety regulations are followed, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time. The role also involves maintaining quality control and organizing schedules and timelines.
Qualifications
* Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction management
* Skills in team leadership, communication, and problem-solving
* Knowledge of safety regulations
* Proficiency in scheduling, time management, and quality control
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with construction software and tools is a plus
* Relevant safe pass, manual handling and MEWP certs.
