Senior Project Planner Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Project Planner in Kilkenny, Ireland.
* Collate and interpret socio-economic, demographic, policy, and related material for town planning projects.
* Develop reports summarising analysis, findings, and providing clear advice.
* Identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
The successful candidate will work closely with directors and junior colleagues to ensure the delivery of successful projects. This role offers opportunities to work on high-profile infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MSc in Regional / Urban Planning and be professionally qualified or chartered (Member of IPI and/or RTPI). They will have at least 5 years of experience in town planning and a strong working knowledge of planning legislation and policy matters.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Attending meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved.
* Supporting business development initiatives.
* Maintaining compliance with quality assurance procedures.
* Leading knowledge sharing events and team building activities.
