1. Be knowledgeable about daily operations and familiar with our menu offerings

2. Prepare dishes in a timely manner while maintaining high standards for presentation and quality

3. Avoid unnecessary wastage, observe proper portion planning and control, and act in a cost-effective and responsible manner
\
4. Ensure excellent food hygiene practices are observed throughout the food chain from storage to preparation and service
\
5. Comply with HACCP regulations within the kitchen
\
6. Monitor and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
\
7. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
\
8. Maintain attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service
\
9. Manage time effectively and solve problems efficiently
\
10. Stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
\
11. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
