A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the implementation of a new HR system while managing core HR processes.
This is a hands-on, office-based role offering exposure to both project delivery and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR system rollout: data migration, testing and documentation
Coordinate training sessions and support end-user queries
Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with GDPR and assist with reporting and audits
What You'll Bring
HR admin experience, ideally within a systems upgrade or implementation
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS experience a plus
Excellent communication and coordination skills
