2. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate bookings and manage reschedules to optimise practice efficiency.
3. Patient Communication: Handle phone calls and enquiries professionally and compassionately.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
5. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and assist with billing processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
