We are seeking a Paraplanning Lead for a Highly Reputable & Growing Irish Brokerage firm.
This is a Hybrid Working Opportunity with an office based in Dublin City Centre.
The Role:
Lead the paraplanning team by example
Liaise with head of financial planning and client services team manager to ensure objectives and goals are aligned
Communicate between the paraplanning and planning team to ensure consistency across the business
Ensure consistent support and mentoring of junior paraplanners
Communicate with clients regarding financial plans and objectives
Ensure quality and consistency across the paraplanning team
Building financial plans for our clients using cash flow modelling system
Issuing client reports post client meetings
Attending client meetings alongside Financial Planners
What you need:
Must have QFA qualification, ideally CFP qualified
3+ years experience as a Paraplanner in a brokerage firm is essential
Leadership experience is essential
Experience with Voyant is a strong advantage
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
