Scientist - Technical Services
We are seeking an experienced scientist to support upstream commercial manufacturing and technology transfers in our multiproduct manufacturing area. This role will involve:
* Sales up of mammalian cell culture from bench and pilot scale
* Support technology transfers to the facility
* Fits, mass balance generation, equipment sizing, gap assessments and mitigation of operational challenges foreseen
This position will be part of a high performing technical services team working in a hybrid model with flexible work arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-6 years experience in mammalian cell culture or purification process development/late-stage characterisation and technology transfer/technical services. They should also have demonstrated history and knowledge of scaling practices for clinical/commercial manufacture.Key skills include problem solving capabilities interpretation complex data advanced interpersonal communication planning organizational skills delivery documentation. Experience process validation strategies regulatory submissions responses health authorities cGMP requirements drug substance processes would be advantageous.
