As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving business growth while maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house team supervision and guest service
* Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards
* Monitor service quality, resolve guest feedback promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
* Oversee scheduling, rostering, and staff performance management
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service coordination
Candidate Profile:
To be successful as a Restaurant Manager, you should have:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or premium restaurant environment
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
