We are seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to join a leading global technology organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, and actioning user generated content to ensure the platform remains safe, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and global regulatory standards. You will monitor emerging risks, handle sensitive content, and help improve processes to protect users and maintain platform integrity.This position suits someone with strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work in a fast paced operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user generated content based on internal guidelines and global regulatory requirements.Identify and escalate potential risks, including harmful content, misinformation, fraud, spam, and policy violations.Conduct investigations and support incident response for high priority safety issues.Analyse trends, patterns, and operational data to recommend improvements.Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Policy, Legal, Product, and Operations.Maintain accurate case documentation and update workflows where needed.Provide feedback to help refine Trust & Safety policies and enforcement strategies.Handle exposure to sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism and resilience.Skills & Experience RequiredExperience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, risk analysis, compliance, or similar operational roles.Strong critical thinking and decision making ability.Excellent written communication and documentation skills.Ability to follow complex policy guidelines with high attention to detail.Comfortable working with sensitive content.Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities.Proficiency with spreadsheets and internal case management tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a global tech company or fast paced online operations environment.Familiarity with digital safety, content policies, or online community standards.Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., basic SQL, dashboards) is beneficial but not required.Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks such as GDPR or the Digital Services Act (DSA).Additional languages are a plus.
