Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service.
* You will act as a liaison between our internal teams and external customers, responding to all service-related enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers by providing a professional and courteous service at all times.
* Work closely with internal teams to investigate and respond to all client queries raised.
* Assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
* Contribute to projects and process improvements as required.
Requirements
