This role will allow the individual to get broad exposure across a large portfolio of clients. Requirements: Qualified Accountant Practice trained Experienced using Bright, Xero, Sage or Quickbooks Microsoft Office 3-4 Years in a similar role Key Duties & Responsibilities: To manage and control the running of a defined and growing block of clients and report thereon to the partners. Preparing annual financial statements. Preparing and interpreting cashflows and projections. Preparing management accounts and liaising directly with clients. Due diligence projects Working with a varied client base including publicly funded clients, commercial limited companies and partnerships all offering regular new challenges. Reporting to and working with Managers and Partners. Ensuring allocated clients remain compliant with Revenue and HMRC requirements. Assisting with the supervision and training of junior staff. Assisting in keeping the firm compliant and up to date on company legislation, filing and reporting requirements to include assistance with CPD. To constantly strive to add value to the practice. Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Preparation for personal & corporation tax returns Self-Assessment for self-employed, company directors and high net worth clients.
