Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic team in Cork. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving vehicle sales, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for new and used vehicles.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
* Manage the full sales process including finance, insurance, and add‑on product sales.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
* Build strong long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product range, features, and competitor offerings.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to showroom presentation and promotional activities.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in automotive sales (minimum 3+ years), with strong closing skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for upselling.
* Full clean driving licence.
* IT literate with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
