Location: European Union (Remote)
NTU International is an international consulting company providing advisory and programme management services for governments and international organisations. We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.
NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Enterprise Architecture and Interoperability experts across the European Union.
Responsibilities
Assignments under the framework may include activities such as:
Development of enterprise architecture frameworks;
Interoperability assessments and digital architecture advisory;
Design of digital platforms and public sector IT architectures;
Development of interoperability methodologies and standards;
Advisory support on digital infrastructure and system integration.
Profile Requirements
We are particularly interested in experts with:
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, interoperability, or IT architecture advisory
Experience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrations
Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, interoperability standards, or digital platforms
Strong analytical and advisory skills with experience producing architecture strategies or assessments
Degree in ICT, engineering, information systems, or related fields
Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
