Job Title: Helpdesk Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our organization in Dublin. This is a day rate contract that requires on-site work.
Responsibilities:
* Support and administer Office 365 services.
* Provide Level-1 Helpdesk services with at least 4 years of experience.
* Work with Active Directory, creating users, resetting passwords, removing accounts, and transferring them.
* Log and monitor calls, follow up, escalate, close issues, and record solutions for the team.
* Deal with local Desktop Support issues, including software problems, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance.
Requirements:
* Office 365 administration experience.
* At least 4 years of Level-1 Helpdesk experience.
* Previous experience working with Active Directory.
* Helpdesk system experience, including logging, monitoring, and recording solutions.
* Desktop Support experience, including troubleshooting software, network connectivity, and PC performance issues.
