About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Professional to lead our site's equipment reliability and asset management programs. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving performance in equipment uptime, compliance, and preventive maintenance.

* Develop and execute a site-wide Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Strategy based on TPM, PM, and industry best practices.
">
* Own and manage the maintenance budget, including cost-effective control of MRO inventory and vendor services.
">
* Guide a team of engineers and technicians through planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
">
* Drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and asset lifecycle management to maximize equipment uptime.
">
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams to align maintenance priorities with site objectives.

Requirements:
">
We require a candidate with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) and minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, with at least 7 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
">
The ideal candidate will have proven people leadership within regulated manufacturing environments, preferably pharmaceutical, OTC, or FMCG.
">
A strong knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP preferred), spare parts management, and maintenance planning tools is essential.
">
Solid understanding of root cause analysis, reliability engineering, and lean manufacturing methodologies is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, is necessary.
