Role Description
We are seeking a full-time experienced Fertility Nurse or midwife to join our team in Carrickmines, Dublin. The experienced Fertility Nurse or Midwife will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients during their fertility treatment journey. This role involves conducting initial assessments, monitoring treatment cycles, preparing patients for procedures, and providing education, clinical and emotional support to patients during their treatment both in person and via our patient communication tools. This is an on-site role located in Dublin.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Registered Nurse or Midwife with a current license in good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
2. Minimum of 5 years of nursing/midwife experience, with at least 3 years of experience in fertility/IVF experience
3. Experience in fertility ultrasound scanning is essential
4. Experience in HyCoSy is desirable but not essential
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families
6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
8. Strong computer skills and the ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR)
9. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
