We are currently looking for a highly motivated Financial Accounting Manager to join the Finance team in our Dublin's office. Work schedule for this position is 5 days in office per week.
The Part You will Play – Role Summary:
There are several 2025 growth initiatives and discrete projects within the Finance Department that will require a Financial Accounting Manager to help complete. The person will either take a leading or supporting role with these initiatives, as well as helping the rest of the team with recurring monthly reporting activities. A broad skill set is needed, with an emphasis on FRS 102 Audit, monthly management reporting and revenue recognition experience.
Essential Functions & Role Responsibilities:
* Annual FRS102 Group audit: main point of contact for external Auditors, preparing files, drafting financial statements and other areas. Also take the lead in regional statutory audits as required (Singapore, Serbia).
* Work with the broader team on aspects of the monthly reporting, as well as reviewing accounts payable entries prior to posting and payroll for certain geographies.
* Take the lead in setting up and maintaining revenue recognition documentation to support financial reporting.
* Gather and prepare information in support of ongoing corporate and tax strategy initiatives. This will include a role in monitoring group transfer pricing strategy.
* Participating, as required, in Finance process, system and other projects, working closely with the Head of Finance and the Senior Finance Manager.
Critical Success Factors - Knowledge & Experience:
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of FRS102 auditing (IFRS reporting would be a bonus). In particular, a good understanding of commercial sales contracts and how they relate to revenue recognition.
* A good grounding in the overall finance function for a company with global operations, as the role touches on various different areas: general audit, management accounting, group structures, monthly reporting and tax planning.

* Good interpersonal skills, strong communicator. Comfortable working with external advisors and other departments as needed.
Education, Training & Experience Required:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with 4-8 years PQE, given the broad remit of the role.
Comfortable using an ERP (Certinia preferably)
* A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Data visualization and building dashboards experience (Tableau) would be useful but not essential.
