Personal Insurance Specialist Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Personal Lines team, you will play a vital role in managing existing policy renewals, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of personal insurance products and the Irish market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for:
* Renewing and managing personal insurance policies to ensure accuracy and retention;
* Providing expert advice to clients on their insurance needs, identifying suitable products and coverage options;
* Maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery;
* Contributing to business development by identifying new client opportunities;
* Staying up-to-date with market trends, pricing, product developments, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar insurance role;
* Motor & Home experience;
* APA Personal Lines level qualification (or equivalent) with up-to-date CPD;
* Strong knowledge of personal lines products and the Irish insurance market;
* Experience managing renewals and client portfolios with a customer-centric approach;
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
