Head of Financial Services
Salary €150k plus bonus
Hybrid Dublin based (1 day office per week)
We are hiring a senior leader to take ownership of our Financial Planning, Mortgage Advisory, Paraplanning and Client Services functions. This role will set strategy, elevate advice standards, drive growth and shape culture at a leadership level.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure best in class advisory delivery, strong commercial performance and a consistent client experience.
What you will lead
Strategic direction across advisory and planning functions
Development of high performing teams
Operational excellence including systems, workflows and compliance
Cross functional alignment with Finance HR Compliance and Marketing
Commercial delivery and performance metrics
What we are looking for
10 plus years leadership experience in regulated financial services
Proven track record in financial planning leadership
Strong commercial mindset and ability to deliver growth
Comfortable leading multi disciplinary advisory teams
Deep understanding of regulatory standards
CFP is beneficial but not essential
