This role focuses on themaintenance and repair of molds, jigs, and fixtureswithin a manufacturing environment.The position operates on a4-cycle shift patternand plays a key role in ensuring tooling reliability, production readiness, and support for both planned and reactive maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair injection mould tools, jigs, and fixtures to support production requirements.Perform scheduled tool maintenance pre- and post-production, as well as reactive maintenance as required.Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Complete incoming verification on spare tools and components.Support new product introductions and equipment validation activities when required.Requirements:Qualified Toolmaker (or equivalent trade qualification).Strong knowledge of milling, grinding, sparking (EDM), and fitting.Understanding of injection moulding processes.Experience working with moulds, jigs, and fixtures in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work effectively within a shift-based operation.DisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
