Job Title: Banqueting Chef
The Grand Hotel Dublin is seeking an experienced Banqueting Chef to join its culinary team in the state-of-the-art kitchen. This role offers a unique opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all food outlets.
Responsibilities
* Assisting or leading banqueting operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service are met.
* Developing creative dishes and menus under the guidance of the Head Chef.
* Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Growing and developing a team of Commi Chefs.
* Contributing to menu planning and execution.
Requirements
We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who shares our passion for quality and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous Banqueting Chef experience within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
