Aircraft Powerplant Leadership Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the powerplant team in a leading aircraft leasing firm. Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul events.
* Manage technical matters related to leased aircraft and engines.
* Develop strategies for MRO, maintenance reserve rates, and forecasting tools.
* Support engine acquisitions, disposals, and lifecycle management.
You will work closely with OEMs, MROs, and airline clients to build and maintain relationships.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in aircraft or engine leasing, maintenance, or related fields.
* Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven project management skills.
* Ability to travel.
