Responsibilities
 * Create and manage bookings with both deep-sea and short-sea suppliers
 * Complete any relevant documentation in a timely manner, to ensure connection with suppliers deadlines.
 * Ensure file organization based on office protocol
 * Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
 * Monitor suppliers sailing schedule and ensure all customers are kept up to date on the arrival/delivery status of their goods.
 * KPI reporting as required by customers.
Qualifications
 * Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service and communication skills
 * Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role required
 * Fluent English essential
 * Ability to speak a second language (preferred not essential)
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
