Key Responsibilities
* Process VAT returns and ensure compliance with filing deadlines.
* Prepare month-end reporting and year-end files.
* Manage subcontractor payments.
* Record all financial transactions.
* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.
The ideal candidate will support project managers and site teams with administrative documentation and assist with onboarding of new employees and subcontractors. This includes issuing contracts, collecting necessary documents, and setting up payroll details.
