* ## Solid experience with AWS cloud architectures and production-ready deployments.
* ## Strong ability to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions.
* ## Skilled in testing strategies including unit, integration, end-to-end, as well as automation.
* ## Experience guiding code reviews, enforcing standards, and improving team engineering quality.
* ## Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical plans into practical, understandable direction.
* ## Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and leading engineering efforts from concept to deployment.
* ## Experience with domain-driven design or modular monolith patterns.
* ## Background in SaaS multi-tenant architecture.
* ## Knowledge of event-driven design (SNS/SQS, EventBridge).
* ## Familiarity with React design systems, Storybook, or component libraries.
* ## Prior involvement in modernisation or re-platforming initiatives.
* ## Understanding of security frameworks and compliance practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP).
* ## Experience participating in or leading production readiness reviews and architectural assessments.
