Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Professional to support our field engineers in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
This role involves hands-on activities, where you will make a visible impact by carrying out regular site spot checks, managing H&S documentation, and leading on Near Miss/Incident reporting and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out regular site spot checks and ensure engineer activities meet all legislative requirements.
* Manage H&S documentation, including customer requests, training records, RAMS, and emergency procedures.
* Lead on Near Miss/Incident reporting and follow-ups.
* Monitor compliance with all H&S legislation and support managers with required documentation.
* Own our H&S training programme and track expirations and schedule renewals.
Requirements
* Minimum FETAC Level 6 in Health & Safety or equivalent qualification.
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
* 13 years experience in a QHSE-focused position.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO standards.
