We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle the administrative tasks of our busy garage. Reporting directly to the Garage owner, this Administrative Assistant will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and manage incoming inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
* Schedule vehicle bookings, services, and repairs with accuracy and efficiency
* Prepare job cards, invoices & estimates for smooth workshop operations
